PRIVATE LESSONS

Traditionally, the teachings of Yoga were transmitted one-on-one. In private lessons your personal needs can be completely addressed, relating to body as well as mind and spirit. Private lessons can be the "push" you need through inertia.

Privates are also recommended for beginners, recovery from illness and/or injury, depression, anxiety, or creating a deeper personal practice.

Privates can meet in your home or at a Yoga studio in your area.
